Client Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Clients must provide accurate and complete shipment information, including contents, shipment value, delivery address, and contact details.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Furthermore, clients must ensure that all shipments comply with Egyptian laws and regulations. Shipments must not contain prohibited or restricted items.<\/p><h2><strong>3. Prohibited Items<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">MB Logistics does not transport:<\/p><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Illegal substances<\/li><li>Hazardous or flammable materials without prior written approval<\/li><li>Weapons, explosives, or counterfeit goods<\/li><li>Any items prohibited under Egyptian law<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Therefore, MB Logistics reserves the right to reject any shipment that violates safety standards or legal regulations.<\/p><h2><strong>4. Delivery and Service Levels<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">MB Logistics aims to deliver shipments within the agreed timelines. However, delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, security situations, or force majeure events.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Although we strive to meet all agreed SLAs, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times under all circumstances.<\/p><h2><strong>5. Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">MB Logistics provides COD services according to the settlement terms agreed upon with the client.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In addition, we transfer collected amounts based on the payment schedule defined in the service agreement.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">However, MB Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect recipient information or customer refusal to pay.<\/p><h2><strong>6. Liability and Claims<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">MB Logistics limits its liability to the declared shipment value or the amount specified in the service agreement.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Clients must submit claims for lost or damaged shipments in writing within 48 hours of the delivery date or scheduled delivery date.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Moreover, MB Logistics is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.<\/p><h2><strong>7. Warehousing Services<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Clients must ensure that all stored goods are properly packed and labeled.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Additionally, MB Logistics is not liable for damages caused by improper packaging or undisclosed product risks.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Storage fees and handling charges apply according to the signed agreement.<\/p><h2><strong>8. Data Privacy<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">MB Logistics respects client privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Furthermore, we use personal and business data only for operational and service-related purposes.<\/p><h2><strong>9. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Clients must pay all invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.<\/p><p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Otherwise, late payments may lead to additional charges or temporary service suspension.<\/p><h2><strong>10.
