These Terms &amp; Conditions govern your use of our services, website, and any agreements entered into with MB Logistics. Scope of Services<\/b><\/h3>\nMB Logistics provides logistics solutions including but not limited to last mile delivery, courier services, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and cash on delivery (COD) services.\nAll services are subject to availability, operational capacity, and agreed service level terms.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3><b>2. Client Responsibilities<\/b><\/h3>\nClients must provide accurate and complete information regarding shipments, including contents, value, delivery address, and contact details.\nThe client is responsible for ensuring that shipments comply with Egyptian laws and regulations and do not contain prohibited or restricted items.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3><b>3. Prohibited Items<\/b><\/h3>\nMB Logistics does not transport:\n<ul>\n \t<li>Illegal substances<\/li>\n \t<li>Hazardous or flammable materials without prior written approval<\/li>\n \t<li>Weapons, explosives, or counterfeit goods<\/li>\n \t<li>Items prohibited under Egyptian law<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nWe reserve the right to refuse any shipment that violates regulations or safety standards.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3><b>4. Delivery and Service Levels<\/b><\/h3>\nDelivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, security conditions, or force majeure events.\nMB Logistics is committed to meeting agreed SLAs but does not guarantee absolute delivery times in all circumstances.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3><b>5. Cash on Delivery (COD)<\/b><\/h3>\nCOD services are subject to agreed settlement terms between MB Logistics and the client.\nCollected amounts will be transferred according to the payment schedule defined in the service agreement.\nMB Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect recipient information or refusal of payment by the customer.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3><b>6. Liability and Claims<\/b><\/h3>\nMB Logistics\u2019 liability is limited to the declared shipment value or the amount specified in the service agreement.\nClaims for lost or damaged shipments must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery or scheduled delivery date.\nMB Logistics is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3><b>7. Warehousing Services<\/b><\/h3>\nClients must ensure all stored goods are properly packed and labeled.\nMB Logistics is not liable for damages resulting from improper packaging or undisclosed product risks.\nStorage fees and handling charges apply as per the signed agreement.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3><b>8. Data Privacy<\/b><\/h3>\nMB Logistics respects client data privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.\nPersonal and business data collected is used only for operational and service-related purposes.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3><b>9. Payment Terms<\/b><\/h3>\nAll invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.\nLate payments may result in service suspension or additional charges.\n\n<hr \/>\n\n<h3><b>10.
