Welcome to MB Logistics. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, logistics services, and any agreements with MB Logistics. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to follow the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

MB Logistics offers a wide range of logistics solutions, including last mile delivery, courier services, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, and cash on delivery (COD) services.

Additionally, all services depend on operational availability, service capacity, and agreed service level terms.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete shipment information, including contents, shipment value, delivery address, and contact details.

Furthermore, clients must ensure that all shipments comply with Egyptian laws and regulations. Shipments must not contain prohibited or restricted items.

3. Prohibited Items

MB Logistics does not transport:

  • Illegal substances
  • Hazardous or flammable materials without prior written approval
  • Weapons, explosives, or counterfeit goods
  • Any items prohibited under Egyptian law

Therefore, MB Logistics reserves the right to reject any shipment that violates safety standards or legal regulations.

4. Delivery and Service Levels

MB Logistics aims to deliver shipments within the agreed timelines. However, delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, traffic, security situations, or force majeure events.

Although we strive to meet all agreed SLAs, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times under all circumstances.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

MB Logistics provides COD services according to the settlement terms agreed upon with the client.

In addition, we transfer collected amounts based on the payment schedule defined in the service agreement.

However, MB Logistics is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect recipient information or customer refusal to pay.

6. Liability and Claims

MB Logistics limits its liability to the declared shipment value or the amount specified in the service agreement.

Clients must submit claims for lost or damaged shipments in writing within 48 hours of the delivery date or scheduled delivery date.

Moreover, MB Logistics is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Warehousing Services

Clients must ensure that all stored goods are properly packed and labeled.

Additionally, MB Logistics is not liable for damages caused by improper packaging or undisclosed product risks.

Storage fees and handling charges apply according to the signed agreement.

8. Data Privacy

MB Logistics respects client privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.

Furthermore, we use personal and business data only for operational and service-related purposes.

9. Payment Terms

Clients must pay all invoices according to the agreed payment schedule.

Otherwise, late payments may lead to additional charges or temporary service suspension.

10. Termination of Service

MB Logistics may suspend or terminate services if:

  • The client violates these Terms & Conditions
  • Payments remain overdue
  • Illegal or unsafe activities occur

11. Amendments

MB Logistics may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Therefore, we encourage clients to review this page regularly. Any updates become effective immediately after publication on our website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions operate under the laws and regulations of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
